Distinct is a bespoke agency who endeavours to provide the highest quality representation possible for all of our athletes. We have a unique understanding of the game and impeccable contacts throughout the industry due to 30 years combined experience playing, coaching and working within the media.  

Meet The Team
Iestyn 

Player Agent/CEO

Iestyn was a highly accomplished player in both codes for over 20 years. He represented his country in both rugby league and rugby union and his career saw him win countless awards such as the rugby league Man Of Steel  (1998), and the rugby union Six Nations Player of the Tournament (2003). He broke the 1 million pound transfer fee in 2001 when he moved from Leeds Rhinos to Cardiff Blues and became the first player to ever switch from rugby league, to rugby union and back again when he returned to rugby league in 2004.  
Iestyn then coached at the elite level before becoming the CEO of Distinct Rugby.  He is now an experienced and exceptional player agent with vast amounts of knowledge and contacts in the world of rugby which he uses to advance our athletes careers.
Kevin 

Player Agent

Kevin was an exceptional Rugby League player with 442 club appearances and 10 England Caps.  He retired from playing in 2021 and joined Distinct as a player agent, bringing with him his excellent  knowledge of the game and rugby contacts.
Since then, he has  been working with top talents in rugby to ensure they have the best representation possible, on and off the pitch.
Kevin also works regularly in the media with broadcasters such as Sky Sports and BBC and is well known for in depth knowledge of the game which he applies to his commentary. 
 
Cameron 

Commercial

Cameron runs all of the commercial and social media side of Distinct. He works hard on a daily basis to create commercial opportunities for our players and develops our strategic partnerships with other companies.  His work has seen us develop links for our athletes with large companies such as Hello Fresh and the fantastic clothing line Thru Dark, as well as many other merchandise opportunities at hugely discounted rates.
